We provide a wide range of services, some of which are free of charge. All can be tailored to meet your individual requirements. The list below is by no means exhaustive; please contact us by email if you require a service not listed below or if you have any special requests.

Bank Account and Tax Number
We can assist you in obtaining your Turkish Tax Number and setting up a bank account.

Airport transfers
We can arrange private transfers to and from Bodrum-Milas, Dalaman and Izmir airports.*

Furnishings
You may require assistance in obtaining furnishings and white goods for your new property. We can introduce you to a variety of reputable furniture stores and assist you through translation. Please note that due to time constraints we cannot accompany you to retail outlets and hypermarkets.

Home Cleaning Service
We are happy to arrange for your property to be cleaned whenever required.*

Insurance
Protect your new investment with insurance. We can obtain quotes and organize earthquake, building and contents insurance policies for your property. We can also assist those who wish to apply for private health insurance cover in Turkey. This type of policy is recommended for those considering relocating.

Key Holding
We can keep a copy of your keys in our office. This ensures that (with your authorization) suppliers or your guests can obtain access to your property in your absence.

Site Meeting Attendance
A member of our staff can attend site meetings on your behalf following which a summary of the minutes or decisions taken will be translated and emailed or posted to you. Please note we can only attend meetings in the Bodrum peninsula area and require notice at least two weeks prior to the meeting date.*

Property Repairs and Maintenance
Including conversions, design and construction of swimming pools, garden landscaping, painting, plumbing, electrical works, installation of solar powered heating, double glazing and security grills.
Should you require any works to be carried out on your property we can obtain quotes from reputable contractors and will provide work progress reports upon request.*

Property Inspections
Your property can be checked either monthly or three monthly in your absence. We will ensure that electrical/gas appliances are working and check for leaks, damp and any irregularities. Following each inspection you will receive a report detailing all findings.*
