After purchasing your dream home with us, why not let us take the stress out of looking after investment whilst you are not here. We offer an excellent package so you never need worry about anything. From monthly property checking, payment of bills, key holding and so much more. You can rely on us to care take of things.

If you want to rent your property out on a short or long term lease we can assist with finding tenants and also arrange collection of rent. We offer cleaning packages so that your property will be fully cleaned for the arrival of yourselves or guests.

The All Inclusive Monthly Package is a one off yearly fee of only £500
1. MONTHLY PROPERTY CHECKS: A representative from the office will visit your property once a month, a through inspection of your property will take place. This will be followed up by sending you a report and photos to keep you updated. If there are any problems which arise with the property we will inform you straight away and se what action you wish to take. All copies of your reports will be kept on file.

2. KEY HOLDING.: We will securely hold a set of keys for your property, then should any access need to be made for repairs etc we can act on your behalf.

3. SECURITY CHECKS: On a monthly basis your property will have all the doors, windows and exterior of the property fully checked to check for any signs of damage or break in.

4. EXAMINE ALL FURNITURE &FURNISHINGS FOR WEAR AND TEAR

5. AIRING OF THE PROPERTY: Whilst checking your property we will be able to open all windows and shutters so to decrease the chances of damp and condensation. To avoid stagnant water building up we will run all taps and flush toilets.

6. ARRANGE CONTRACTORS WHEN REQUIRED: If an occasion arises where you would need some work doing to the property we can provide quotes from local genuine builders. Once you receive the quotes and give the go ahead we can make regular checks on the work and keep you fully updated.

7. PAYMENT OF BILLS: Your utility bills such as water, electric and complex fees can be paid on time.

8. HELP OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT: We will accompany you to the bank and help with the arrangements of opening a new account.

9. ARRANGE EARTHQUAKE, COMPREHESIVE BUILDINGS AND CONTENTS INSURANCE: We will arrange for you to get competitive quotes for all insurance. There is a legal obligation to insure your home against Earthquakes. (There is no charge for the service, there will be an additional cost for the Insurance)

10. COLLECTION OF MAIL AND FORWARDED IF REQUIRED: If the property receives any post which you require in the UK, we will arrange for it to be sent to you.
